The Ministry of Justice held a meeting of the attestation commission for the certification of civil servants of the magistrates' offices of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Employees of the Ministry conducted a field event to study the execution by local self-government bodies of the Mamadysh municipal district of state powers to collect information from settlements included in the municipal district necessary for maintaining the register of municipal regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Video receptions of heads of rural settlements continue in the Ministry.

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 770 of 08.08.2022 was adopted, which set out in a new edition Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 827 of 03.10.2012 "On the sale of land plots owned by the Republic of Tatarstan or state ownership of which is not demarcated, on which buildings, structures are located, to the owners of such buildings, structures or premises in them in cases provided for in Article 39.20 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation".

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan announces the acceptance in the period from October 1 to October 30, 2022 of applications for participation in the annual republican competition of experts for independent anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts and draft regulatory legal acts (the Regulations on the competition as amended by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 03/25/2022 No. 270).

Under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov, a meeting was held in the video-conference mode on monitoring non-property claims and the execution of court decisions, debtors of which are public authorities, state and municipal institutions.

The President of the Republic signed a decree on increasing one-time cash payments to persons undergoing military service in the "Alga" and "Timer" battalions. The amount of payment to Tatarstan servicemen will be 360 thousand rubles.

As part of the work of the mobile information and consulting group, the Ministry of Justice and the Tatarstan regional branch of the All-Russian Public Organization "Association of Lawyers of Russia" organized free legal assistance to residents of the city of Mamadysh.

Rustem Zagidullin took part in the meeting of chairmen of district (city) courts of the Republic of Tatarstan on the results of work for the first half of 2022, which was held in Mendeleevsk.

Today, under the leadership of Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov, a videoconference meeting was held on the implementation by local self-government authorities of certain state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan transferred to them, based on the results of work for the 1st half of 2022.
