About the work of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan to ensure the activities of magistrates in 2022

Today, under the chairmanship of the Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin, a meeting of the collegium "On the work of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan to ensure the activities of justices of the peace in 2022" was held.

 

Before the start of the meeting, the invited guests and members of the board visited the renovated building of the judicial districts of the justices of the peace of the Vakhitovsky district after a major overhaul.

 

The guests, together with Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin, toured the renovated courtrooms, judges' offices, archives and other premises, noting the quality of the conditions created for court employees and citizens applying to the court.

 

“I am sincerely glad that after the overhaul you have decent working conditions for the judiciary. And I would like to wish you, despite the fact that the court is a rather conflicted place, where these conflicts between the participants in the process are resolved, so that people leave here satisfied with the decisions made, so that your decisions are not only legal and justified, but also fair, ” - the Chairman of the Supreme Court Ilgiz Gilazov wished the employees of the world court.

 

During the board meeting, Deputy Minister of Justice Nadezhda Ragozina delivered a keynote speech. In her speech, she noted that in 2022 the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan continues to work on logistical, informational and organizational support for the activities of justices of the peace of the Republic of Tatarstan.

 

As part of the implementation of the activities of the Year of Digitalization, announced by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic is introducing modern technological solutions into the activities of justices of the peace. From October 1, 2022, participants in the process can send statements of claim, submit applications and objections in electronic form through the Portal of Justices of the Peace of the Republic.

 

Separately, Nadezhda Ragozina dwelled on the work of the Electronic Queue service, which allows you to sign up for familiarization with the case materials, for issuing a judicial act, a judicial act with a mark on entry into force, a writ of execution or documents from the archive.

 

“This functionality is also aimed at ensuring the convenience of citizens when visiting court sites, eliminating long standing in the corridors and allowing the number of visits to be reduced to one,” the Deputy Minister added.

 

At the end of the event, Rustem Zagidullin and Ilgiz Gilazov presented awards to a number of distinguished employees.
