Higher education, graduated from the Law Faculty of the Kazan State University named V.I. Ulyanov-Lenin in 2003.

2004-2011 - worked in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the department of legislative work in the positions of 1st category specialist, leading specialist, leading consultant, leading adviser, deputy head of the department;

2011-2017 - Chief Advisor of the Legal Expertise Department of the State and Legal Administration of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan;

2017-2021 - Head of the Department of Legislative Work of the State and Legal Administration of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan;

2021-2023 - Deputy Head of the State and Legal Administration of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan;

2023-2024 - Deputy Head of the State and Legal Administration Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan;

August 12, 2024 – appointed First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
