providing citizens with free legal assistance in the form of legal advice in oral and written forms on questions related to the competence of the ministry;

taking part in the provision in emergency cases of free legal assistance to citizens who found themselves in difficult life situations;

creation of conditions for the realization of the right of citizens to receive free legal assistance in the Tatar language;

organization of measures to provide free legal assistance timed to festive and memorable dates, and activities aimed at legal information and legal education of the population;

providing methodical and advisory assistance to participants of state and non-state legal aid systems, and also to local self-government bodies on providing free legal assistance;

control over the implementation of the republican anti-corruption program, and also compliance with unified requirements for the placement and filling of sections of official websites of executive bodies of state power and municipal entities of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Internet network on anti-corruption questions;
