personnel records management, registration of labor relations and relations related to civil service (staff of the Ministry, staff of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan, assistants to deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, reception of the President of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan, heads of organizations subordinate to the Ministry);
organization and provision of competitions for filling vacant civil service positions and inclusion in the personnel reserve, attestation, official inspections, medical examinations, additional professional education of civil servants;
organization of students internship;
maintaining military records;
organization of work on the prevention of corruption and other offenses;
organization of collegial consideration of petitions of bodies (organizations) for awarding the honorary title of the Republic of Tatarstan «Honored Lawyer of the Republic of Tatarstan», for encouragement by the Gratitude of the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, by the Gratitude of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan to citizens who have merits (achievements) in the field of justice;
organization of departmental control over compliance with labor legislation and other regulatory legal acts containing labor law norms in subordinate organizations.
