Activity Assurance Department of Justice of the Peace

Main functions:

Placement of the state order for the needs of magistrates and the central office of the ministry;

interaction with the Ministry of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, local authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan on questions of providing magistrates with buildings and premises;

registration in the established order of the rights to buildings and premises, transferred to the ministry for the accommodation of magistrates;

carrying out capital and current repairs of the buildings (rooms) of the magistrates;

organization of providing magistrates with office equipment, technical means, reference and legal systems, subscription publications, paper and blank products, office supplies, and also providing services for sending mail correspondence, repair and maintenance of office equipment and other goods, works, services;

preparation of draft resolutions, orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, orders of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, meetings of the collegium of the Ministry on questions of its jurisdiction;

consideration of complaints and applications of citizens within the competence of the department;

the implementation of other measures to ensure the activity of magistrates.
