Audit of the state program
On August 28, 2018, employees of the Legal Aid and Planning Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a routine check of the implementation of the state program «Implementation of the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2020» in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In the course of the audit, the issues of the functioning of the commission under the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan on combating corruption, the commission on compliance with the requirements for the conduct of civil servants and the settlement of conflicts of interests, the organization of an anti-corruption expert examination of draft normative legal acts, the state of the regulatory framework in the area of combating corruption, filling of the section "Anti-Corruption" of the official website of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the implementation of other program activities.
