Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in the XVIII Congress of the Council of Municipal Entities of Tatarstan
The XVIII Congress of the Association "Council of Municipal Entities of the Republic of Tatarstan" was held today in Kazan, which was attended by Rustem Zagidullin, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Congress of the Council of Municipal Entities is an annual event where the main directions of development of local self-government in Tatarstan are discussed and determined.
Traditionally, the participants of the Congress are the first persons of the republic, representatives from all 956 municipalities, as well as heads of the sponsored cities of Lisichansk and Rubizhne, representatives of municipalities and state authorities, heads of territorial public councils.
For many years, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan has been cooperating with the Council on Legal Issues in terms of developing exemplary (model) municipal acts and bringing municipal acts into compliance with the legislation. Representatives of the Council take part in training seminars for local self-government bodies, competition commissions and internships organized by the Ministry.
Thus, for 11 months of 2023 within the framework of the state program "Development of State Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan and Municipal Service in the Republic of Tatarstan", the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held training seminars for local governments. The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted 17 training seminars, 22 video receptions of heads of rural settlements, as well as 4 internships attended by 22 municipal servants from 11 districts of the Republic, urban districts of Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny.
