Tatarstan is in the first place in the Volga Federal District for inclusion in the register of municipal acts
Speaking at a meeting of the reporting board of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustem Zagidullin noted that the Ministry of Justice continues to provide methodological assistance to local governments on legal issues.
For example, in pursuance of the state program «Development of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal service in the Republic of Tatarstan», the Ministry held weekly video receptions of heads of rural settlements of the republic. In 2023, during video receptions, legal assistance was provided to the heads of 413 settlements.
«The receptions are accompanied by familiarization of the heads with the adopted legal acts of the federal and regional levels, answers to questions, discussions on ways to improve the effectiveness of interaction on legal issues, and more», the minister said.
Rustem Zagidullin also said that in 2023, more than 34 thousand legal acts were sent to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan from municipalities. In terms of the number of municipal acts included in the register, Tatarstan occupies the 1st position in the Volga Federal District. Last year, the republic was in second place.
The minister suggested that the introduction of robotization of processes played a role in this. The Ministry of Justice, together with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic, has developed and implemented the RPA robot software within the framework of the national project «Digital Economy of the Russian Federation». The robot automatically uploads municipal regulatory legal acts and information about them from the Portal to the Register, filling in all necessary fields in the register. In 2024, it is planned to transfer the robot to the free software base and expand its functionality.
