Mukharryam Ibyatov: «The fundamental institution of regulation of public relations is normative legal acts»
Today, at a press conference in Tatar-inform, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov spoke about what necessary measures are being taken in the Republic so that people can familiarize themselves with the acts of local governments. According to the Deputy Minister, normative legal acts are the fundamental institution of regulating public relations.
«With the help of normative acts, public authorities determine the management procedure, establish the rights and obligations of participants in public relations, and also regulate the proper behavior of subjects to whom legal regulation is directed»,- explained Mukharryam Ibyatov.
He also noted that in order to implement the constitutional right of citizens to receive reliable information about regulatory legal acts in the republic, a number of systems are used, such as:
The official portal of legal information of the Republic of Tatarstan;
Register of municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan;
The official Internet portal of legal information.
