A training seminar on the study of the foundations of the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan

On 12th of October 2017 by the leadership of the Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I. Zagidullin, a training seminar took place in the mode of videoconferencing on study the foundations of the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan for deputy heads, heads of executive committees of municipalities and also municipal officials responsible for drafting municipal regulatory legal acts .

Opening the training seminar, the minister noted the legal importance of the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan, as the main law of the republic and the need for its study.

Deputy Chairman of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Tatarstan R.Sakhiyeva, head of the department of constitutional legislation of the Legal department of the Office of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan L.I. Ibragimova, head of the department of constitutional and administrative law of the Kazan (Volga) federal university E.B. Sultanov, on the subjects:

- "The Constitutional court of the Republic of Tatarstan: status, order of formation, authority, organization of activity";

- "System of public authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan: structure, order of formation, authority";

- "General characteristics of the foundations of the constitutional system of the Republic of Tatarstan. Organization and functioning of the system of bodies of local self-government bodies”.
