Results of the meeting of attestation commissions

On 29th of November 2017 in the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan took place a meeting of the attestation commission of magistrates’ offices of the Republic of Tatarstan onconducting a qualification examination of 5 civil servants and attestation of 5 civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The qualification exam is conducted to assess the knowledge, skills and abilities (professional level) of a civil servant, as a result of which the commission decides to take an examination and assign a class rank of the civil service, or that a civil servant failed at passing the qualification exam.

The Attestation commission made a decision that 5 state employees passed the qualification exam and were recommended to assign them class grades in accordance with the replaced posts.

Certification of public civil servants is aimed at identifying the professional potential, the degree of readiness and the levels of the ability of a civil servant to perform functional duties. In a practical sense, the main goal of attestation is to determine whether the employee corresponds to the holding post.

According to the results of voting, by the decision of the commission, 4 certified were recognized as equivalent to the replaced posts of the state civil service, 1 certified- not corresponding to the replaced position of the state civil service.

The veteran of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan V.P.Ganchurin, member of the Office of the Tatarstan regional branch of the All-Russian public organization "Association of lawyers of Russia" M.H. Vafin, the chairman of the Public council at the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the associate professor chair of law of the institute of economics, management and social technologies of the Kazan national technical university named after Tupolev - KAI V.A. .Gurevich. took place at the meeting as independent experts.
