The State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan continues to actively cooperate with the republican branch of the Fatherland Defenders Foundation. Every Thursday, Deputy Head of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan Rafael Giniatullov holds a citizen's reception at the foundation's site, providing free legal assistance to participants in a special military operation and their family members.
Consultations are held both in person and using audio communication, which ensures that assistance is available to everyone. Since the beginning of the year, Rafael Giniatullov has provided free legal assistance to about 30 military personnel and their families.
«The main issues that citizens address are establishing the fact of paternity, receiving lump-sum payments and benefits, as well as terminating credit obligations, - Rafael Giniatullov noted. In addition, requests were received for the installation of monuments to the dead, divorce, and improvement of housing conditions».
