On September 24, 2018, the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, R.I. Zagidullin, took part in the forty-first meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the fifth convocation.

During the meeting, Rustem Zagidullin presented to parliamentarians the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On Amending Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On Compulsory State Insurance of State Civil Servants of the Republic of Tatarstan»

The bill passed in three readings.
