The competition for the title of «Best in profession»
On October 5th, 2018 a meeting of the commission on the organization and conduction of the competition «Best in profession» among the administrative staff of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan was held under the leadership of deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ragozina N.V.
The competition is held in order to implement effective human resources policy and improve the professional level of civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan, who substitute positions in the magistrates’ courts of the Republic of Tatarstan, and also to enhance the prestige of the profession of a magistrate’s office employee.
26 applications from the staff of the magistrates’ offices of the Republic of Tatarstan were received this year. A list of Competition’s participants, who get into a qualifying stage, was aprooved in the nomination:
«the best consultant of magistrate's court» Afanacyev A.M., Akhiyartdinova N.V., Talipov A.M., Ivanov A.V., Ziyatdinova L.T., Kanafina L.K., Nizamieva Z.F., Nikishina A.R., Safiullina S.A., Silantyeva E.V., Gayazetdinova A.G., Minapova L.I., Khalikova L.I.;
«the best clerk of the magistrates’ courtes» Voronova L.R., Gazizova I.N., Gataullina G.R., Islyamova A.G., Kuzmina V.A., Kirillova Y.V., Klyapyisheva N.N., Khasanshina V.A., Sharifullina S.R.;
«the best second-degree senior specialist - the head of the de cabinet of the magistrates’ courts» Salyakhutdinova R.I., Khasanzyanova L.M., Shapovalova R.A.;
the competition in the nomination «the best second-degree specialist - the head of the cabinet of the magistrates’ courts» did not take place, because of the number of participants, which was not in accordance with the quorum of passing into the selection stage.
