Review of the results of the implementation of the transferred state powers by local self-government bodies in 2018
On February 7th, 2019, a regular meeting on the implementation of the transferred state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan on organization of activities of administrative commissions and authorized officials in drafting protocols on administrative violations and collecting information needed for the maintenance of the registry of municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan from the settlements belonging to municipal district was chaired by the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ibyatov M.M. was held by videoconference.
The report on the results of the activities of the commissions and authorized officials was made by Head of the Division for Territorial Organization and Control in the Local Self-Government Sphere of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Kasymova G.I.
Head of the Division for the Executive Production of the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service in the Republic of Tatarstan Ibyatullin A.R. provided information on the collection of fines.
Representatives of the administrative commissions of Sarmanovsky and Pestrechinsky districts were also heard, explaining the reasons for the decrease in the number of protocols generated and recoverability of administrative fines.
Acting Head of the Normative Legal Work in the Field of Local Self-Government and the Maintenance of the Municipal Register Division Salakhova R.M. reported on implementation of power of State to collecting information needed for the maintenance of the registry of municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan from the settlements belonging to municipal district by local self-government bodies.
Head of Department for the Organizing Simplified Process Available for the Consideration Work of Administrative Files of the Department for organizing the activities of the administrative commissions of the Executive Committees of Kazan city Shaynurov A.M. and Head of Document Management and Review of Citizen Appeals Division of the Department for organizing the activities of the administrative commissions of the Executive Committee were awarded with the Certificates of appreciation of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan at the end of the meeting.
