Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan announces contest to fill the state civil service vacant positions of manager of the sector providing, chief councilor of the sector supervising the activities of the Commission for the under-ages’ rights and protection of their rights, senior specialist of the second grade – chief of personnel under office of the Judge of Peace, court district no.5 of the Kirovskiy district of Kazan.
There are the following qualification requirements to occupy the positions of chief of the sector and sector’s chief councilor respectively: higher juridical education, length of service for positions of state service as regards senior or minor group not less than a year or length of professional service not less than 2 years.
There are the following qualification requirements to apply for a position of specialist of the second grade – chief of personnel: secondary professional (juridical) or higher professional education compatible with planned activities.
Terms and conditions for the documents submission: dates - from September, 21 until October,11; address – Room 101, 16 Kremlyovskaya Street, Kazan. Opening hours – Mo – Th from 9 AM to 6 PM, Fr from 9 AM to 4:45 PM, dinner-time is from 1 PM to 1:45 PM.
It is planned to hold the contest on October, 27. Venue - conference-hall of the Ministry of Justice located on the 3rd floor of the building.

According to the draft federal law «On Amendments to the Federal Law «On Insolvency (Bankruptcy) », a new mechanism for the sale of debtors' only residences during bankruptcy proceedings is planned.
