A seminar-meeting on the topic “Digital loop of legal education system in Russian Federation”.

On September 10th, 2019, First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Galimov Ainur participated in the seminar-meeting of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Building on the topic «Digital loop of legal education system in Russian Federation».

The event was attended by member of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Building Irina Rukavishnikova, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation Denis Novak and representatives of federal and regional government authorities.

First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Galimov Ainur reported on the projects witch are applicable in the Republic of Tatarstan. He noted in particular the portal for State and municipal services which not only provides access to services for citizens but also remains a platform for the legal education of inhabitants of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Irina Rukavishnikova noted that currently a concept of single portal on citizens legal awareness and education is being developed. This concept will provide 24-hour access to legal information on the non-reimbursable basis, enable an objective assessment of legal awareness quality and allow gradually automate processes related to rendering of free legal aid.

Deputy Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation Denis Novak reported that the portal will be integrated with various databases including notary offices and bar associations and with Public Services Portal. In addition, one of the Portal section will focus on the legal education of the rising generation.

In the completion of the seminar-meeting representatives of federal and regional government authorities, expert and scientific communities made a report. Participants exchanged their views on the development of effective and demanded information resources.
