In Tatarstan, 77% of municipal legal acts are automatically entered into the register using a robot
By the end of 2025, Tatarstan remains the leader in the Volga federal district in terms of the number of regulatory legal acts included in the municipal register. A significant role in achieving this result was played by the successful digitalization of the process of including documents in the register.
Since 2022, the republic has been operating the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) system, which automatically processes and includes municipal acts from the Legal Information Portal of the Republic of Tatarstan in the register. By the end of 2025, the share of automatically processed documents was 77%.
«The automation of the process has made it possible to significantly optimize work with municipal acts, reduce time costs and increase the efficiency of register formation», - said deputy minister Muharryam Ibyatov.
At the same time, it is not yet possible to achieve one hundred percent automation due to errors made by municipalities when posting documents on the Portal. According to statistics, the share of such errors in the republic is 7%.
According to the deputy minister, in order to solve this problem, the Ministry of justice will continue to conduct training events for employees of municipalities on the correct use of the Portal's functionality.
