Meeting on the assemblies of citizens holding and referendum on self-assessment designation
Deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov took part in meeting on the assemblies of citizens holding and referendum on self-assessment designation which was held today in Association “Council of municipal formations of the Republic of Tatarstan” by videoconferencing with heads of municipal districts, heads of legal services of municipal formations and heads of settlements.
The meeting also was attended by Deputy Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President's Administration Ilnur Garipov, Deputy of the Head of Administration of Russian Ministry of Justice in Tatarstan Artyom Galyaytdinov, Secretary of the Central Election Commission Nadezhda Borisova, Deputy of the Head of relationships with regional budgets department of Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan Farida Hanzafarova.
Within the meeting Mukharryam Ibyatov reported about compatibility of assemblies holding legislation and regulations with federal legislation. He noted that there is at the present time necessity for change in charters of municipal formations in part of assemblies holding procedure detailing.
