Field event to study the execution of state powers by local self-government authority of the Zainsky district of the Republic
Today, employees of the Ministry held a field event to study the implementation by local self-government authority of the Zainsky municipal district of the Republic of state powers to collect information from settlements necessary for maintaining the register of municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In the process, issues of interaction between responsible persons of local self-government authority at the district and settlement levels were considered, and the organization of work on collecting information from settlements, including municipal regulatory legal acts and additional information about them, was studied.
During the audit, the responsible persons were provided with the necessary legal and Advisory assistance, discussed problematic issues, and made recommendations to improve the efficiency of the register of municipal regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan
