Meeting on summarizing the implementation of state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan
The Deputy Minister of justice Muharram Ibatov held a meeting in mode of videoconference on issue of implementation of local self-government bodies and transferred them to a separate state powers of the Republic.
Gulnara Kasymova, head of the Department for territorial organization and control of local self-government of the Ministry, spoke about the results of the analysis of the activities of administrative commissions and authorized officials based on the results of work for 9 months of this year. Further, information about the collection of fines by force was reported by Ilzia Islamova, Deputy head of the Department of organization of enforcement proceedings of the Federal bailiff service of the Republic of Tatarstan.
As a result of the meeting, in order to reduce the debt on administrative fines, the participants were assigned tasks regarding the organization of joint work with bailiffs.
