On February 18, 2021, First Deputy Minister Ainur Galimov held a training seminar for employees of local self-government bodies on the topic "Normative activity of local self-government bodies. Legislative initiative. Legal and technical registration of projects of municipal normative legal acts".
The event was attended by the chief adviser of the Department of constitutional law of the Legal Department of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Victoria sagadeeva, head of Department of regional legislation and registration of municipal charters of the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan Rifat Rakhimov, head of the legal Advisory and methodological support of local authorities Maya Pashkov, Deputy Head of the department of normative legal work in the field of local self-government and maintaining the municipal register Ralia Rakipova.
The seminar discussed changes in the legislation on local self-government, including those requiring amendments to the charters of municipalities, the procedure for implementing legislative initiatives in the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, topical issues of state registration of charters of municipalities, issues of legal and technical registration of draft municipal regulatory legal acts.
