Changes in the land legislation of the Republic of Tatarstan
On March 20, 2021, the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 8-ZRT of March 5, 2021 "On Amendments to the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan" comes into force.
Law No. 8-ZRT clarifies the procedure for granting land plots that are in state or municipal ownership for rent without bidding for the placement of objects of socio-cultural and municipal purposes, the implementation of large-scale investment projects.
The Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan has been supplemented with criteria that must meet the objects of social and cultural and municipal purposes, large-scale investment projects, for the placement and implementation of which it is allowed to provide land plots that are in state or municipal ownership for rent without bidding.
The Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 8-ZRT was published on the Official Portal of Legal Information of the Republic of Tatarstan on March 9, 2021.
