New legislation
On May 17, 2021, the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 34-ZRT of May 5, 2021 "On the Development of Organic production in the Republic of Tatarstan" comes into force.
Law No. 34-ZRT regulates certain issues in the field of organic production in the Republic of Tatarstan, and also defines the powers of the state authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of organic production.
In addition, Law No. 34-ZRT defines the main directions of the state policy of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of organic production. In particular, it provides for the adoption of state programs of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of organic production, as well as the participation of associations (unions) of organic producers operating in the territory of the republic in the formation and implementation of the state policy of the Republic of Tatarstan in this area
Law No. 34-ZRT was published on the Official Portal of Legal Information of the Republic of Tatarstan on May 6, 2021.
