Meeting of the Anti-Corruption Commission
A regular meeting of the Commission under the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan on counteracting corruption was held under the chairmanship of the Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin.
The following speakers addressed the meeting of the Commission: leading consultant of the Department of Personnel and Public Service, responsible for the prevention of corruption and other offenses, Secretary of the Commission Konstantin Arslanov, head of the Department of normative legal work in the field of local self-government and maintaining the municipal register Rauf Garipov, head of the Department for territorial organization and control in the field of local self-government Gulnara Kasymova.
During the meeting, the following issues were considered:
On the submitted information on income, expenses, property and property-related obligations by state civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Ministry for the reporting year 2020.
On the implementation of the Ministry's program for the implementation of anti-corruption policy for 2015-2023 in the first quarter of 2021.
On the state of corruption and the implementation of anti-corruption policy measures in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2020.
On compliance with the anti-corruption legislation in the exercise of control over the execution of the transferred state powers by local self-government bodies.
On the results of the audit of employees of the contract service of the Ministry for affiliation in order to prevent the occurrence of a conflict of interest.
