Administrative staff of justice of the peace of RT acquired the status of the government official

On May 4, 2013 the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov signed the Decree according to which the number of government officials in the staff of justice of the peace of the republic increased by 66 units, including 42 units - are employees of the staff of justice of the peace who received the status of the civil government officials, 24 units are allocated in addition for ensuring operation of the staff of justice of the peace on 6 newly established judicial districts in connection with the increased number of judges in the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Ministry of justice conducted the first field event this year to study the implementation of the transferred state powers to collect information from settlements necessary for maintaining the municipal register. The powers have been exercised since 2016 by the local self-government bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting of the attestation commission of the certification of civil servants of the offices of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan, such districts as Nizhnekamsky, Kamsko-Ustinsky and Naberezhnye Chelny.
