Meeting of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on Law and Order
Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov took part in a meeting of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on Law and Order.
Muharryam Ibyatov made a presentation on the control issue "On the implementation of the laws of the Republic of Tatarstan on granting local self-government authorities with separate state powers to create and organize the activities of administrative commissions and to determine the list of officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative offenses", analyzed the implementation of legislation in this direction and noted a number of municipal districts in which shortcomings in the activities of administrative commissions were identified.
The meeting also considered issues on the election of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan, the performance of their duties, the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan on amendments to the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan on Administrative Offenses and others.
