Meeting of the Anti-Corruption Commission under the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan
A meeting of the Anti-Corruption Commission under the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held today.
At the meeting of the Commission, the following speakers were: leading consultant of the Personnel and Civil Service Department, responsible for the prevention of corruption and other offenses, Secretary of the Commission Alexey Melnikov, Head of the Department of Legal Expertise and rule-making Natalia Kazantseva, Deputy Head of the Department of Regulatory legal work in the field of local Self-government and municipal Register Rakipova Raliya, Deputy Head of the Department of Registration of Regulatory legal acts and legal support of the Ministry's activities Elina Lyudmila, Head of the Department for ensuring the activities of magistrates Gabidullina Nail, head of the financial department Gizyatullova Nail, head of the department for the organization of free legal aid and planning Mingalimov Ilfat.
The following issues were considered during the meeting:
1. On anti-corruption activities in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2021.
2. On consideration of the review prepared by the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on Anti-Corruption Policy based on the analysis of the information provided by the state authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan and local self-government bodies in the Republic of Tatarstan on the implementation of anti-corruption measures in 2021.
3. On the status of work on the anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts and draft regulatory legal acts by the end of 2021.
4. On the measures taken in the Ministry to ensure compliance with the legislation when using budget funds and property of the Ministry in order to combat corruption. Analysis of purchases made for the needs of the Ministry and the offices of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2021. Results of placing a state order for the needs of the Ministry in 2021. Execution of indicators of the state task for management in terms of evaluating the effectiveness of the Ministry's activities in the implementation of public procurement.
5. On the results of on–site inspections carried out in the framework of monitoring the implementation of measures of the state program "Implementation of the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2024" in 2021.
6. On the results of monitoring compliance with Uniform Requirements for the placement and filling of sections of the official websites of the executive bodies of state power of the Republic of Tatarstan and local self-government bodies of municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan on the Internet on anti-corruption issues by the end of 2021.
