Inspection of records management and archive work at the judicial precinct No. 1 in the Alekseevsky judicial district of the Republic of Tatarstan
In accordance with the approved plan for studying the activities of district (city) courts, magistrates' precincts of the Republic of Tatarstan, employees of the Department of organizational and legal support for the activities of magistrates conducted an inspection and provided practical assistance in organizing office work and archive work at the judicial precinct No. 1 in the Alekseevsky judicial district.
At the court site, the management of court records, the archive was checked, issues arising during the administration of fines were studied, as well as work in the software package "Magistrates". The certificate on the results of the inspection will be sent to the magistrate and the chairman of the district court.
The next departure is planned from May 16 to May 20 to the judicial precincts in the Aircraft-building judicial district of Kazan.
