Unified reception day on the issue of providing legal assistance to families with minors whose parents evade the payment of alimony
Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov took part in a single reception day on the issue of providing legal assistance to families with minors whose parents evade alimony payments.
The reception of citizens was held in the video-conference mode under the leadership of the Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan Elmira Zaripova.
Five families applied for legal assistance. During the reception, citizens were given recommendations in accordance with the appeal and the procedure for initiating a criminal case for non-payment of alimony was explained.
We remind you that such reception days have become traditional and are held monthly for residents of the republic. So, as a result of the reception held last month, the Ministry of Justice took control of the issue of a family raising five minor children. During the oral consultation, a lawyer involved in the activities of the state system of free legal aid in the Republic of Tatarstan recommended concluding an agreement on the payment of alimony in terms of re-registration of the share of the defaulter's land plot on account of the debt.
