More than 1,400 mobilized citizens received free legal assistance
The Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan continues to organize the work of a mobile information and consultation group to provide free legal assistance to mobilized citizens.
Representatives of the Ministry of Justice, the notarial and bar associations, the military commissariat of the republic and the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan conduct a free reception of citizens subject to mobilization at their collection points.
To date, more than 1,400 applicants have received oral legal advice. The most frequently asked questions were about obtaining benefits and credit holidays, suspending ongoing enforcement proceedings, and military personnel asked notaries to explain to them the procedure for issuing powers of attorney.
