Today, the Ministry held a meeting in the video-conference mode "On the interaction of judicial precincts of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan with the Federal Bailiff Service in electronic form".
The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Justice Nadezhda Ragozina, Deputy Head of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan – Deputy Chief Bailiff Elena Varfolomeeva, deputy heads of municipalities and heads of executive committees.
The event was opened by Deputy Minister of Justice Nadezhda Ragozina, who addressed the participants of the meeting with a welcoming speech. The Deputy Minister said that by the end of 2022, 629,436 cases and materials were considered by magistrates, which is approximately 78.7% of all cases considered by courts of general jurisdiction.
During her speech, Nadezhda Ragozina spoke about the electronic justice introduced at the judicial stations of magistrates, the convenience of this service and electronic interaction with the Federal Bailiff Service.
The Deputy Minister noted that with the help of electronic interaction with the Federal Bailiff Service, it became possible to send enforcement documents in electronic form, tracking the progress of the execution of proceedings.
"The new service will reduce the volume of paper document flow, the cost of sending mail, which in turn will reduce the timing of initiation of enforcement proceedings, as well as completely eliminate the risk of loss of documents," Nadezhda Vladimirovna summed up.
