Meeting on "The Practice of the automated information system "Code" in municipal rulemaking
Deputy minister of justice Mukharyam Ibyatov held a meeting via videoconferencing on "The practice of application of the automated information system "Codex" in municipal rulemaking".
The event was attended by Rifat Rakhimov, the head of the department for regional legislation and registration of charters of municipalities of the Department of the RF Ministry of Justice for the Republic of Tatarstan, a representative of the legal department of the Association "Council of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan," deputy heads of municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic, heads of legal departments of local governments.
The head of the department of normative and legal work in the sphere of local government and municipal register keeping, Raliya Garifullina summed up the results of work in the AIS "Analytic of regional legislation" for the first quarter of the current year.
Mukharyam Ibyatov heard the reports of local authorities of Laishevsky, Menzelinsky, Yutazinsky, Nurlatsky and Kaibitsky districts on elimination of discrepancies in acts of legislation.
According to the results of the event, the responsible persons were given recommendations on the application of the "Codex" information system in rulemaking.
