Video reception of heads of rural settlements that are part of Sarmanovsky municipal district was held
Today the Ministry held a video reception of heads of rural settlements in Sarmanovsky Municipal District of the Republic.
The event was attended by Guzel Garayeva, Deputy Head of Sarmanovsky Municipal District, the heads of rural settlements in Sarmanovsky Municipal District and the Ministry staff.
Maya Pashkova, head of the department of legal advice and methodological support of local government, informed the participants about the most significant changes in legislation, in particular relating to the early termination of deputies of municipalities, social protection of certain categories of citizens, property, land, urban development, housing issues, as well as other areas of interest to municipalities.
The head of the Department for Legal and Regulatory Work in the Field of Local Government and Municipal Registry, Raliya Garifullina, spoke about the work of local authorities of Sarmanovsky region in terms of submitting acts to the municipal registry and bringing them in line with the legislation.
The Head of the Department for Territorial Organization and Control in the Field of Local Self-Government Gulnara Kasimova raised an issue of implementation of the delegated state powers to draw up protocols on administrative responsibility, non-property claims and execution of court decisions.
During the video reception the issue of creation of specialized services for funeral business in the territory of municipalities was considered, as well as problematic issues associated with the approval of master plans of settlements. The questions were answered in detail.
