Video reception of heads of rural settlements within the Tukaevsky Municipal District was held
Today the Ministry held a video reception of heads of rural settlements of Tukaevsky municipal district of the republic.
The event was held under the leadership of Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov.
The event was attended by Deputy Head of the Tukaevsky Municipal District Rustem Zakirov, heads of rural settlements within the Tukaevsky Municipal District, as well as employees of the Ministry.
Maya Pashkova, Head of the Department for Legal Advisory and Methodological Support of Local Self-Government Bodies, informed the participants about the most significant changes in the legislation, in particular, those related to social protection of certain categories of citizens, property, land, town-planning, housing issues, as well as in other areas of interest to municipal bodies.
Raliya Garifullina, Head of the Department for Regulatory Legal Work in the Sphere of Local Self-Government and Maintenance of Municipal Register, told about the work of local self-government authorities of Tukaevsky Raion in terms of sending acts to the municipal register and bringing them in compliance with the legislation.
Ekaterina Nikitina, Leading Advisor of the Department for Territorial Organization and Implementation of Control in the Sphere of Local Self-Government, touched upon the issue of implementation of the delegated state powers to draw up protocols on bringing to administrative responsibility, claims of non-property nature and execution of court decisions.
