Article the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M. Kurmanova in the magazine "law and State"

The magazine "law and State" (No. 6, 2013) published an article of doctor of legal sciences, honored lawyer of the Russian Federation, the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M. Kurmanova called "block of single house: legal aspects and judicial practice".
This article deals with the problem of illegal construction of apartment houses on the land allocated for construction of private houses.
