Enforcement of non-property claims and judgments

Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin held a meeting on the results of monitoring the fulfillment of claims and enforcement proceedings of non-property nature for the first half of 2023 with certain municipalities.

The city of Naberezhnye Chelny, Alekseevsky, Alkeevsky, Almetyevsky and Apastovsky districts together with representatives of the bailiff service of the mentioned municipalities were heard via video link.

The provided information was discussed and recommendations were given on effective fulfillment of claims and court decisions.
