Enforcement of non-property claims and judgments

Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov held a meeting on the results of monitoring the fulfillment of claims and enforcement proceedings of non-property nature for the first half of 2023 with Zelenodolsky, Kaibitsky, Kamsko-Ustyinsky, Kukmorsky, Laishevsky, Leninogorsky and Mamadyshsky districts.

Representatives of the districts and the bailiff service of the mentioned municipalities were heard via video link. Reporting information was discussed and recommendations were given on effective execution of claims and court decisions.
