Meeting of members of the Ministry's primary trade union organization

This week the Ministry of Justice hosted a regular meeting of members of the primary trade union organization of the Ministry, which was attended by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin and the Chairman of the Tatarstan Republican Organization of Trade Union of Workers of State Institutions and Public Services of the Russian Federation Olga Kalashnikova.

Welcoming the audience, the Minister noted that the primary trade union organization is an important link in the implementation of statutory tasks to represent and protect the rights and interests of trade union members.

Ksenia Martochkina, the chairman of the primary trade union organization of the Ministry, made a report on the results of the work of the trade union organization of the Ministry in 2023. During the speech she reported that at the time of establishment the trade union organization had 54 employees, now it unites 117 people. Membership is 96% of the number of employees of the Ministry. She also reminded about the possibility to get an interest-free loan for urgent needs in the amount of 35 thousand rubles and for medical treatment up to 60 thousand rubles.

At the end of the meeting Rustem Zagidullin and Olga Kalashnikova presented the employees of the Ministry of Justice with Letters of Gratitude and Certificate of Merit of the Tatarstan Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Workers of State Institutions and Public Services of the Russian Federation for active public activity in the Trade Union. Nadezhda Ragozina, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, was awarded the Honorary Badge "For Services to the Trade Union in the Republic of Tatarstan" for special merits in the implementation of the statutory goals and objectives of the Trade Union
