Meeting with local self-government authorities
Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov held a video-conference meeting on "Practice of application of the automated information system "Codex" in municipal rule-making".
The event was attended by the prosecutor of the department No. 1 for supervision of the legality of normative legal acts for supervision over the legality of normative legal acts of the Department for supervision over the execution of federal legislation of the Prosecutor's Office of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.

Raliya Garifullina, Head of the Department for Regulatory Legal Work in the Sphere of Local Self-Government and Maintenance of the Municipal Register, informed about the results of work of local self-government authorities in the AIS "Codex" for the period of two years in AIS "Codex" for 9 months of the current year.
Mukharryam Ibyatov heard reports of local self-government authorities of Bugulma, Buinsky, Drozhzhzhanovsky, Kamsko-Ustinsky, Menzelinsky districts on elimination of inconsistencies with the legislation in the acts.
Thanks to the support of Rustam Minnikhanov, the head of the Republic of Tatarstan the "Codex" system has been used in the republic since 2018. The system has become an active helper of public authorities in the rule-making activity.
Using the AIS "Codex", 34,756 normative legal acts of the republic or 78% of those identified by the system were brought in compliance with the legislation.
