A video reception of heads of rural settlements within the Yelabuga Municipal District was held
Pursuant to the decision of the final collegium, the Ministry holds video receptions for heads of rural settlements. From June 2021 to August 2023, the events were held in all 872 rural settlements of the Republic, and a new cycle of video receptions has begun.
On November 14, 2023, under the leadership of Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov, a video reception of heads of rural settlements of the Yelabuga Municipal District of the Republic was held.
The event was attended by Elmira Akhmadeeva, Head of the Executive Committee of the Yelabuga Municipal District, heads of rural settlements within the Yelabuga Municipal District, as well as employees of the Ministry.
Albert Kamalutdinov, Leading Counselor of the Department of Legal Advisory and Methodological Support of Local Self-Government Bodies, informed the participants about the most significant changes
in the legislation. In addition, answers were given to the questions received from settlements in preparation for a new cycle of video receptions.
Raliya Garifullina, Head of the Department for Regulatory Legal Work in the Sphere of Local Self-Government and Maintenance of Municipal Register, informed on the situation with regard to submission of acts to the municipal register and bringing them in compliance with the legislation, as well as with regard to publication of acts on the official legal information portal of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Gulnara Kasymova, Head of the Department for territorial organization and control in the sphere of local self-government, touched upon the issue of implementation of transferred state powers to draw up protocols on bringing to administrative responsibility, as well as the execution of court decisions on non-property claims.
