The Ministry of Justice held a video reception of the heads of rural settlements
In pursuance of the State Program «Development of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal service in the Republic of Tatarstan», in accordance with the approved schedule, the Ministry conducts video receptions of heads of rural settlements.
Under the leadership of Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov, a video reception was held for the heads of rural, constituent Almetyevsk and Apastovsky municipal districts.
The event was attended by Acting Head of the Executive Committee of the Almetyevsk municipal district Ainur Iskhakov, head of the legal department of the Council of the Apastovsky municipal district Elmira Shakirova, heads of rural settlements belonging to municipal districts, as well as employees of the Ministry.
Albert Kamalutdinov, Head of the Legal Advisory and Methodological Support Department of local governments, informed the participants about the most significant changes in legislation. In addition, answers were given to questions received from the settlements.
The head of the Department of regulatory legal work in the field of local self-government and maintaining the municipal register, Raliya Rasykhovna, informed about the situation regarding sending acts to the municipal register and bringing them into line with legislation, as well as publishing acts on the official portal of legal information of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Gulnara Kasymova, Head of the Department for Territorial Organization and Control in the field of local self-government, raised the issue of the implementation of the transferred state powers to draw up protocols on bringing to administrative responsibility, as well as the execution of court decisions on non-property claims.
