An audit of the organization of the activities of judicial districts in the Leninogorsk judicial district of the Republic of Tatarstan was carried out
From May 20 to 24, 2024, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan completed a study of the organization of the activities of judicial precincts of magistrates in the Leninogorsk judicial district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Employees of the department of organizational and legal support for the activities of justices of the peace studied: the organization of court records and the work of the archive; the quality and timeliness of registration of judicial acts, protocols and outgoing official documentation; issues arising when working with electronic executive documents, as well as working in the software package «Magistratus».
Special attention is paid to the organization of the reception of citizens, the rules of conduct of employees of magistrates' offices and the rules of internal labor regulations.
In order to further improve the efficiency of the staff of the magistrates' offices in the Leninogorsk judicial district of the Republic of Tatarstan, the necessary recommendations were given.
