Free legal assistance was provided to residents of the republic on issues of medical rehabilitation and sanitary resort treatment of disabled children, the identification of a disabled child in a specialized educational organization, as well as the determination of the child's place of residence in case of separation of parents.
Free legal consultations for citizens in the ANO «Good Kazan» were conducted by the deputy head of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan"Rafael Giniatullov and representative of the Office of the Commissioner for Children's Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan Elvira Safina.
Legal explanations have been given to all those who applied. A detailed conversation took place with each of them, the provisions of the legislation were explained in detail, assistance was provided in the preparation of draft applications to authorized and supervisory authorities.
