The fifty-fifth meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the sixth convocation was held
The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Zagidullin took part in the fifty-fifth and final meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the sixth convocation.
During the meeting, the Minister presented to the parliamentarians a draft law aimed at improving the regulation of the prior notification of the Raisa of the Republic of Tatarstan by persons holding state and municipal positions on participation on a gratuitous basis in the management of a non-profit organization.
Rustem Zagidullin noted that the draft law defines the ways to submit a notification: on paper or through electronic document management. It also introduces a requirement to send, along with notification, a copy of the charter and regulations on the governing body of the non-profit organization in which the person intends to participate.
Following the meeting, the draft law was approved by deputies.
