Residents of Tatarstan will be able to receive free legal assistance through the application
The right to receive qualified legal assistance is a constitutional guarantee. At the same time, according to the Constitution of Russia, in some cases such assistance is provided free of charge. In Tatarstan, more than 300 thousand people are entitled to free legal assistance.
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan is consistently expanding various forms of providing free legal assistance to the population of our republic.
Today, the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan, the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Joint-Stock Company «Social Card» signed an agreement under which residents of the Republic will be able to receive free legal assistance in the mobile application «Card of a resident of the Republic of Tatarstan».
Free legal assistance will be displayed in the «Services» tab, where you can choose the method of communication: these are phones, e-mail, or you can write your appeal by filling in the necessary fields (full name, phone number, describe your situation).
«The service will allow you to bring information about free legal assistance to all users of the application and at the same time provide the opportunity to contact the State Legal Bureau in electronic form with a legal issue, - explained the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin. If a citizen still has any questions, it will be possible to contact us, the Ministry of Justice, through the application», - he added.
The Free Legal Assistance service is planned to be launched in the second half of 2024.
