The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan reminds: Tatarstan residents can receive correspondence from justices of the peace through the State Services of the Russian Federation
Residents of the republic registered on the unified portal of state and municipal services can receive court notices and accompanying documents, copies of judicial acts in electronic form.
Judicial correspondence is received in the personal account of an individual, individual entrepreneur, legal entity of the State Services of the Russian Federation via secure communication channels.
In order to receive documents from the court districts of the magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan in electronic form through the portal of the State Services of the Russian Federation, you need to go to the subsection «Russian Post» in the notification settings in your personal account, in the «State Post Settings» section and mark «E-mails only».
Letters will be sent electronically to your personal account, and they are equal to official delivery. At the same time, the time frame for receiving postal correspondence is reduced while maintaining the maximum level of confidentiality.
Since September 1, 2022, more than 622 thousand correspondence have been sent by hybrid mail.
