Participants in the special military operation and their families continue to receive comprehensive assistance, including legal assistance. In the Tatarstan branch of the Fatherland Defenders Foundation, Deputy Head of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan Rafael Giniyatullov holds weekly receptions for citizens to provide free legal assistance.
Today, 5 citizens contacted Rafael Giniyatullov at a reception, who were given legal advice, explanations in accordance with current legislation, and assistance in preparing draft applications to authorized bodies.
«During the reception, both the participants in the special military operation themselves and their relatives contacted him. Requests were received on issues of inheritance, receiving lump-sum payments in connection with the death of a participant in the special military operation, housing legislation, and writing off credit obligations», - said the Deputy Head of the State Legal Bureau.
It should be noted that the provision of free legal assistance is in line with the goals and objectives of the national project «Demography» in the area of preserving the well-being of people.
