Rustem Zagidullin: Security of court areas is our main task

Today, the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin took part in a meeting of the chairmen of district (city) courts of Tatarstan on the results of work for the first half of 2024. The event was held in the building of the Supreme Court of the Republic.

Speaking with a report, the Minister focused on the key aspects of the work of the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan, which is engaged in organizational support for the activities of justices of the peace.

Material, technical, informational and organizational support for the activities of justices of the peace is carried out within the framework of the state program «Development of Justice in the Republic of Tatarstan». The amount of funding for 2024 has been approved in the amount of 696.3 million rubles.

In particular, the Ministry continues to carry out major repairs to the buildings of the judicial sections of justices of the peace. «In the fall, we plan to complete major repairs at the judicial sections of justices of the peace in the Privolzhsky district at the address: Kazan, st. Gabisheva, 35. This year, we began a major overhaul of the building of justices of the peace in the city of Arsk. The buildings in which we plan to carry out current repairs have been identified», - said Rustem Zagidullin.

According to the minister, security and anti-terrorist protection of judicial districts are the number one task. Judicial districts must be safe places for everyone who works in them and visits them.

In 2024, joint exercises aimed at increasing the level of interaction between employees of judicial districts and bailiffs in the event of emergencies and incidents were held in the buildings of judicial districts of justices of the peace in the Almetyevsk, Yelabuga districts and the city of Naberezhnye Chelny. By the end of this year, such exercises are planned to be held in the Leninogorsk district of the republic and in the Privolzhsky district of Kazan.

The Minister also informed about the organization of training in the second half of the year in advanced training courses for 40 justices of the peace and 108 employees of their offices, and professional retraining of newly elected justices of the peace is also planned.
